Privacy notice
Plain-English explanation of what data NetGnarus collects via the IntentGate website, what we do with it, and how to remove it. We process inside the EU. We don't sell or share data. No tracking scripts.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the contact form: name, work email, optional company, the topic you picked, and your message. No tracking pixels, no analytics, no cookies that persist beyond the session, no third-party scripts.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry. Period. We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't share your details with partners, we don't profile you, we don't enrich your record from third-party sources.
Who sees it
NetGnarus team members handling the inquiry. The form submission passes through one form-handling provider (currently Web3Forms) which delivers it to our inbox; that provider does not store message contents beyond the delivery window.
We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except where the form-handling provider operates infrastructure outside that zone under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the conversation plus 12 months for follow-up, then we delete unless we have an active commercial relationship with you. You can ask us to delete sooner — see below.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Object to processing or restrict its scope.
- Portability — receive your data in machine-readable form.
- Complain to your national supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form with "Privacy request" in the topic. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies & tracking
No tracking cookies. No analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Mixpanel). The site is a static site served as HTML and CSS; the only client-side script is the contact-form submission handler.

Controller
NetGnarus is the data controller for personal data processed via the IntentGate website. Reach the privacy team through the contact form (pick "Something else" and mention privacy in your message).
