Pilot scoping

4-week pilot. Week 1: install + first deny in production traffic. Week 2: full RBAC + step-up + JIT elevation operational. Week 4: audit-chain verification in your auditor evidence pack.

Security review

Threat model, cryptographic claims, secret handling, supply chain (signed releases, SBOM, provenance), dependency posture, compliance mapping. Useful ahead of pilot procurement.
