How it works
From first conversation to first referral fee in four steps.
Apply
Use our contact form and pick "Partnership inquiry". We have a 30-minute conversation to confirm fit, walk through the program, and answer questions. No slides required.
Sign
We send the one-page Partner Referral Agreement. Read, sign, return. You receive the program kit (battle cards, decks, demo access) and your named IntentGate contact.
Refer
Register the deal by emailing your IntentGate contact with the customer name, contact, and intended use case. We confirm within 2 business days and the 90-day clock starts.
Get paid
IntentGate runs the sales cycle. When the customer signs and pays, you invoice us for your referral fee per the partner agreement. Net 30 days from receipt.
Frequently asked
What counts as a qualified introduction?
A warm intro to a named contact at a target company, with that contact's acknowledgment that the introduction was solicited. Mass blasts and cold outreach do not qualify.
Is there exclusivity by region or vertical?
No. Multiple partners may target the same market. Deal registration determines who owns which prospect.
What happens if two partners register the same prospect?
First-registered wins. The second registration receives a courtesy notification and is closed.
Can a partner attend customer demos?
Yes, and encouraged. We coordinate timing with you.
Who signs the contract with the customer?
IntentGate signs all customer contracts directly. The partner is not in the contract chain. Simplifies legal, simplifies payment, simplifies everything.
What about renewals after year 1?
Year-1 ARR only. The partner does not earn ongoing renewal commission. We may revisit this when reseller and MSP tiers launch in 2027.
Can a partner also be a customer?
Yes. The partner's own IntentGate subscription is governed by standard customer pricing.
What if I want a deeper partnership (reseller or MSP)?
Tell us. We are designing those tiers for 2027 and are happy to have you shape the model.
